Dr. DeHoogh graduated from Central College in Pella, IA.  He then graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. Dr. DeHoogh has been practicing Gonstead Chiropractic for the last 10 years in Albuquerque, NM. Dr. DeHoogh grew up here in Clive and he and his wife Alicia are happy to be back to the Des Moines area.

Dr. Austin's 3 Rules:

  1. Ice the area for 20 minutes. Remove the ice for 1 hour. Repeat.
  2. Stretch backwards to extend your spine many times per day.
  3. Walk 5 times per day. 5 one-mile walks are better than 1 five-mile walk.
